How quickly can I expect my order?

Your canvas frame will be delivered by courier within 5 working days.

What if my photo isn't good enough?

We want you to be proud of your canvas print, so if we feel your photo is not good enough, we will let you know. This way we can work together to either make the best of what we have or find another picture.

Does my canvas print come ready to hang?

All our canvas prints are framed and ready to hang.

What is the charge for delivery?

Our courier delivery is FREE for all UK canvas print orders.

Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?

Just let us know and we will post your canvas print to an address of your choice.

The canvas print size I want isn't listed. Can you supply my canvas in a bespoke size?

How do I know my credit card and personal details are secure?

Our secure shopping system is powered by Roman Cart secure server. You can be sure that you are entering a secure server when you can see https in the address bar.

In the corner of the window you will be able to see a padlock symbol. This is a sign that the site you are entering is secure. Our preferred method of payment is credit card, although we do accept payment by cheque.
